TC Skills Development and Training Centre and is 100% wholly black, predominantly women owned South African company, which was incorporated in November 2013 and strives to achieve the following:
Manage the specific training needs in compliance with all legislative frameworks that govern Skills Development but not limited to these particular projects.
To manage compliance and the implementation of institutional training (Classroom and workshop training), compliance of workplace sites as per SETA guidelines.
To develop and ensure quality unit standard aligned learning material, integrated assessment instruments and workplace logbooks are used during the course of training.
Make use of our already designed comprehensive and effective monitoring and evaluation tool during the implementation of the training programmes.
To facilitate, manage and quality assure the implementation of Skills Programs, Learnerships, internships and/or Apprenticeship projects and ensure completion within the set time frames in a professional and proper manner in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards.
To transfer competency, knowledge and skills to all South African citizens such that at the end of the training programme, they will be able to sustainably implement the project on their own.
Bridge the gap between formal learning and workplace experience by invoking the Recognition of Prior Learning policies.
To promote a coherent and effective working relationship between the parties for successful provisioning of skills development.
To be a leading, young black women owned training Company to impact positively on the quality of life and the standards of living to both our clients and the youth of SA.
